1 και εγενετο λογος κυριου προς μιχαιαν τον του μωρασθι εν ημεραις ιωαθαμ και αχαζ και εζεκιου βασιλεων ιουδα υπερ ων ειδεν περι σαμαρειας και περι ιερουσαλημ
דְּבַר־יְהוָ֣ה ׀ אֲשֶׁ֣ר הָיָ֗ה אֶל־מִיכָה֙ הַמֹּ֣רַשְׁתִּ֔י בִּימֵ֥י יוֹתָ֛ם אָחָ֥ז יְחִזְקִיָּ֖ה מַלְכֵ֣י יְהוּדָ֑ה אֲשֶׁר־חָזָ֥ה עַל־שֹׁמְר֖וֹן וִירֽוּשָׁלָֽ͏ִם׃
The word of the LORD that came to Micah the Morasthite in the days of Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah, which he saw concerning Samaria and Jerusalem.
2 ακουσατε λαοι λογους και προσεχετω η γη και παντες οι εν αυτη και εσται κυριος εν υμιν εις μαρτυριον κυριος εξ οικου αγιου αυτου
שִׁמְעוּ֙ עַמִּ֣ים כֻּלָּ֔ם הַקְשִׁ֖יבִי אֶ֣רֶץ וּמְלֹאָ֑הּ וִיהִי֩ אֲדֹנָ֨י יְהוִ֤ה בָּכֶם֙ לְעֵ֔ד אֲדֹנָ֖י מֵהֵיכַ֥ל קָדְשֽׁוֹ׃
Hear, all you people; hearken, O earth, and all that therein is: and let the Lord GOD be witness against you, the LORD from his holy temple.

Judgment Against Samaria and Jerusalem
διοτι ιδου κυριος εκπορευεται εκ του τοπου αυτου και καταβησεται και επιβησεται επι τα υψη της γης
כִּֽי־הִנֵּ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה יֹצֵ֣א מִמְּקוֹמ֑וֹ וְיָרַ֥ד וְדָרַ֖ךְ עַל־*במותי **בָּ֥מֳתֵי אָֽרֶץ׃
For, behold, the LORD comes forth out of his place, and will come down, and tread upon the high places of the earth.
4 και σαλευθησεται τα ορη υποκατωθεν αυτου και αι κοιλαδες τακησονται ως κηρος απο προσωπου πυρος και ως υδωρ καταφερομενον εν καταβασει
וְנָמַ֤סּוּ הֶֽהָרִים֙ תַּחְתָּ֔יו וְהָעֲמָקִ֖ים יִתְבַּקָּ֑עוּ כַּדּוֹנַג֙ מִפְּנֵ֣י הָאֵ֔שׁ כְּמַ֖יִם מֻגָּרִ֥ים בְּמוֹרָֽד׃
And the mountains shall be molten under him, and the valleys shall be cleft, as wax before the fire, and as the waters that are poured down a steep place.
5 δια ασεβειαν ιακωβ παντα ταυτα και δια αμαρτιαν οικου ισραηλ τις η ασεβεια του ιακωβ ου σαμαρεια και τις η αμαρτια οικου ιουδα ουχι ιερουσαλημ
בְּפֶ֤שַׁע יַֽעֲקֹב֙ כָּל־זֹ֔את וּבְחַטֹּ֖אות בֵּ֣ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל מִֽי־פֶ֣שַׁע יַעֲקֹ֗ב הֲלוֹא֙ שֹֽׁמְר֔וֹן וּמִי֙ בָּמ֣וֹת יְהוּדָ֔ה הֲל֖וֹא יְרוּשָׁלָֽ͏ִם׃
For the transgression of Jacob is all this, and for the sins of the house of Israel. What is the transgression of Jacob? is it not Samaria? and what are the high places of Judah? are they not Jerusalem?
6 και θησομαι σαμαρειαν εις οπωροφυλακιον αγρου και εις φυτειαν αμπελωνος και κατασπασω εις χαος τους λιθους αυτης και τα θεμελια αυτης αποκαλυψω
וְשַׂמְתִּ֥י שֹׁמְר֛וֹן לְעִ֥י הַשָּׂדֶ֖ה לְמַטָּ֣עֵי כָ֑רֶם וְהִגַּרְתִּ֤י לַגַּי֙ אֲבָנֶ֔יהָ וִיסֹדֶ֖יהָ אֲגַלֶּֽה׃
Therefore I will make Samaria as an heap of the field, and as plantings of a vineyard: and I will pour down the stones thereof into the valley, and I will discover the foundations thereof.
7 και παντα τα γλυπτα αυτης κατακοψουσιν και παντα τα μισθωματα αυτης εμπρησουσιν εν πυρι και παντα τα ειδωλα αυτης θησομαι εις αφανισμον διοτι εκ μισθωματων πορνειας συνηγαγεν και εκ μισθωματων πορνειας συνεστρεψεν
וְכָל־פְּסִילֶ֣יהָ יֻכַּ֗תּוּ וְכָל־אֶתְנַנֶּ֙יהָ֙ יִשָּׂרְפ֣וּ בָאֵ֔שׁ וְכָל־עֲצַבֶּ֖יהָ אָשִׂ֣ים שְׁמָמָ֑ה כִּ֠י מֵאֶתְנַ֤ן זוֹנָה֙ קִבָּ֔צָה וְעַד־אֶתְנַ֥ן זוֹנָ֖ה יָשֽׁוּבוּ׃
And all the graven images thereof shall be beaten to pieces, and all the hires thereof shall be burned with the fire, and all the idols thereof will I lay desolate: for she gathered it of the hire of an harlot, and they shall return to the hire of an harlot.

Weeping and Mourning
ενεκεν τουτου κοψεται και θρηνησει πορευσεται ανυποδετος και γυμνη ποιησεται κοπετον ως δρακοντων και πενθος ως θυγατερων σειρηνων
עַל־זֹאת֙ אֶסְפְּדָ֣ה וְאֵילִ֔ילָה אֵילְכָ֥ה *שילל **שׁוֹלָ֖ל וְעָר֑וֹם אֶעֱשֶׂ֤ה מִסְפֵּד֙ כַּתַּנִּ֔ים וְאֵ֖בֶל כִּבְנ֥וֹת יַעֲנָֽה׃
Therefore I will wail and wail, I will go stripped and naked: I will make a wailing like the dragons, and mourning as the owls.
9 οτι κατεκρατησεν η πληγη αυτης διοτι ηλθεν εως ιουδα και ηψατο εως πυλης λαου μου εως ιερουσαλημ
כִּ֥י אֲנוּשָׁ֖ה מַכּוֹתֶ֑יהָ כִּי־בָ֙אָה֙ עַד־יְהוּדָ֔ה נָגַ֛ע עַד־שַׁ֥עַר עַמִּ֖י עַד־יְרוּשָׁלָֽ͏ִם׃
For her wound is incurable; for it has come unto Judah; he has come unto the gate of my people, even to Jerusalem.
10 οι εν γεθ μη μεγαλυνεσθε οι εν ακιμ μη ανοικοδομειτε εξ οικου κατα γελωτα γην καταπασασθε κατα γελωτα υμων
בְּגַת֙ אַל־תַּגִּ֔ידוּ בָּכ֖וֹ אַל־תִּבְכּ֑וּ בְּבֵ֣ית לְעַפְרָ֔ה עָפָ֖ר *התפלשתי **הִתְפַּלָּֽשִׁי׃
Declare all of you it not at Gath, weep all of you not at all: in the house of Aphrah roll yourself in the dust.
11 κατοικουσα καλως τας πολεις αυτης ουκ εξηλθεν κατοικουσα σεννααν κοψασθαι οικον εχομενον αυτης λημψεται εξ υμων πληγην οδυνης
עִבְרִ֥י לָכֶ֛ם יוֹשֶׁ֥בֶת שָׁפִ֖יר עֶרְיָה־בֹ֑שֶׁת לֹ֤א יָֽצְאָה֙ יוֹשֶׁ֣בֶת צַֽאֲנָ֔ן מִסְפַּד֙ בֵּ֣ית הָאֵ֔צֶל יִקַּ֥ח מִכֶּ֖ם עֶמְדָּתֽוֹ׃
Pass all of you away, you inhabitant of Saphir, having your shame naked: the inhabitant of Zaanan came not forth in the mourning of Bethezel; he shall receive of you his standing.
12 τις ηρξατο εις αγαθα κατοικουση οδυνας οτι κατεβη κακα παρα κυριου επι πυλας ιερουσαλημ
כִּֽי־חָ֥לָֽה לְט֖וֹב יוֹשֶׁ֣בֶת מָר֑וֹת כִּֽי־יָ֤רַד רָע֙ מֵאֵ֣ת יְהוָ֔ה לְשַׁ֖עַר יְרוּשָׁלָֽ͏ִם׃
For the inhabitant of Maroth waited carefully for good: but evil came down from the LORD unto the gate of Jerusalem.
13 ψοφος αρματων και ιππευοντων κατοικουσα λαχις αρχηγος αμαρτιας αυτη εστιν τη θυγατρι σιων οτι εν σοι ευρεθησαν ασεβειαι του ισραηλ
רְתֹ֧ם הַמֶּרְכָּבָ֛ה לָרֶ֖כֶשׁ יוֹשֶׁ֣בֶת לָכִ֑ישׁ רֵאשִׁ֨ית חַטָּ֥את הִיא֙ לְבַת־צִיּ֔וֹן כִּי־בָ֥ךְ נִמְצְא֖וּ פִּשְׁעֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
O you inhabitant of Lachish, bind the chariot to the swift beast: she is the beginning of the sin to the daughter of Zion: for the transgressions of Israel were found in you.
14 δια τουτο δωσεις εξαποστελλομενους εως κληρονομιας γεθ οικους ματαιους εις κενα εγενετο τοις βασιλευσιν του ισραηλ
לָכֵן֙ תִּתְּנִ֣י שִׁלּוּחִ֔ים עַ֖ל מוֹרֶ֣שֶׁת גַּ֑ת בָּתֵּ֤י אַכְזִיב֙ לְאַכְזָ֔ב לְמַלְכֵ֖י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
Therefore shall you give presents to Moreshethgath: the houses of Achzib shall be a lie to the kings of Israel.
15 εως τους κληρονομους αγαγω σοι κατοικουσα λαχις κληρονομια εως οδολλαμ ηξει η δοξα της θυγατρος ισραηλ
עֹ֗ד הַיֹּרֵשׁ֙ אָ֣בִי לָ֔ךְ יוֹשֶׁ֖בֶת מָֽרֵשָׁ֑ה עַד־עֲדֻּלָּ֥ם יָב֖וֹא כְּב֥וֹד יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
Yet will I bring an heir unto you, O inhabitant of Mareshah: he shall come unto Adullam the glory of Israel.
16 ξυρησαι και κειραι επι τα τεκνα τα τρυφερα σου εμπλατυνον την χηρειαν σου ως αετος οτι ηχμαλωτευθησαν απο σου
קָרְחִ֣י וָגֹ֔זִּי עַל־בְּנֵ֖י תַּעֲנוּגָ֑יִךְ הַרְחִ֤בִי קָרְחָתֵךְ֙ כַּנֶּ֔שֶׁר כִּ֥י גָל֖וּ מִמֵּֽךְ׃ ס
Make you bald, and poll you for your delicate children; enlarge your baldness as the eagle; for they are gone into captivity from you.
