| 4 | υψηλος επι παντα τα εθνη ο κυριος επι τους ουρανους η δοξα αυτου The LORD is high above all nations, and his glory above the heavens. |
| 5 | τις ως κυριος ο θεος ημων ο εν υψηλοις κατοικων Who is like unto the LORD our God, who dwells on high, |
| 6 | και τα ταπεινα εφορων εν τω ουρανω και εν τη γη Who humbles himself to behold the things that are in heaven, and in the earth! |
| 7 | ο εγειρων απο γης πτωχον και απο κοπριας ανυψων πενητα He raises up the poor out of the dust, and lifts the needy out of the dunghill; |
| 8 | του καθισαι αυτον μετα αρχοντων μετα αρχοντων λαου αυτου That he may set him with princes, even with the princes of his people. |
| 9 | ο κατοικιζων στειραν εν οικω μητερα τεκνων ευφραινομενην He makes the barren woman to keep house, and to be a joyful mother of children. Praise all of you the LORD. |
