τοις υιοις αμμων ουτως ειπεν κυριος μη υιοι ουκ εισιν εν ισραηλ η παραλημψομενος ουκ εστιν αυτοις δια τι παρελαβεν μελχομ τον γαδ και ο λαος αυτων εν πολεσιν αυτων ενοικησει
ִבְנֵ֣י עַמּ֗וֹן כֹּ֚ה אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֔ה הֲבָנִ֥ים אֵין֙ לְיִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל אִם־יוֹרֵ֖שׁ אֵ֣ין ל֑וֹ מַדּ֗וּעַ יָרַ֤שׁ מַלְכָּם֙ אֶת־גָּ֔ד וְעַמּ֖וֹ בְּעָרָ֥יו יָשָֽׁב׃
Concerning the Ammonites, thus says the LORD; Has Israel no sons? has he no heir? why then does their king inherit Gad, and his people dwell in his cities?
2 δια τουτο ιδου ημεραι ερχονται φησιν κυριος και ακουτιω επι ραββαθ θορυβον πολεμων και εσονται εις αβατον και εις απωλειαν και βωμοι αυτης εν πυρι κατακαυθησονται και παραλημψεται ισραηλ την αρχην αυτου
ָכֵ֡ן הִנֵּה֩ יָמִ֨ים בָּאִ֜ים נְאֻם־יְהוָ֗ה וְ֠הִשְׁמַעְתִּי אֶל־רַבַּ֨ת בְּנֵי־עַמּ֜וֹן תְּרוּעַ֣ת מִלְחָמָ֗ה וְהָֽיְתָה֙ לְתֵ֣ל שְׁמָמָ֔ה וּבְנֹתֶ֖יהָ בָּאֵ֣שׁ תִּצַּ֑תְנָה וְיָרַ֧שׁ יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל אֶת־יֹרְשָׁ֖יו אָמַ֥ר יְהוָֽה׃
Therefore, behold, the days come, says the LORD, that I will cause an alarm of war to be heard in Rabbah of the Ammonites; and it shall be a desolate heap, and her daughters shall be burned with fire: then shall Israel be heir unto them that were his heirs, says the LORD.
3 αλαλαξον εσεβων οτι ωλετο γαι κεκραξατε θυγατερες ραββαθ περιζωσασθε σακκους και επιλημπτευσασθε και κοψασθε επι μελχομ οτι εν αποικια βαδιειται οι ιερεις αυτου και οι αρχοντες αυτου αμα
ֵילִ֨ילִי חֶשְׁבּ֜וֹן כִּ֣י שֻׁדְּדָה־עַ֗י צְעַקְנָה֮ בְּנ֣וֹת רַבָּה֒ חֲגֹ֣רְנָה שַׂקִּ֔ים סְפֹ֕דְנָה וְהִתְשׁוֹטַ֖טְנָה בַּגְּדֵר֑וֹת כִּ֤י מַלְכָּם֙ בַּגּוֹלָ֣ה יֵלֵ֔ךְ כֹּהֲנָ֥יו וְשָׂרָ֖יו יַחְדָּֽיו׃
Wail, O Heshbon, for Ai is spoiled: cry, all of you daughters of Rabbah, gird you with sackcloth; lament, and run back and forth by the hedges; for their king shall go into captivity, and his priests and his princes together.
4 τι αγαλλιαση εν τοις πεδιοις ενακιμ θυγατερ ιταμιας η πεποιθυια επι θησαυροις αυτης η λεγουσα τις εισελευσεται επ εμε
ַה־תִּתְהַֽלְלִי֙ בָּֽעֲמָקִ֔ים זָ֣ב עִמְקֵ֔ךְ הַבַּ֖ת הַשּֽׁוֹבֵבָ֑ה הַבֹּֽטְחָה֙ בְּאֹ֣צְרֹתֶ֔יהָ מִ֖י יָב֥וֹא אֵלָֽי׃
Wherefore glory you in the valleys, your flowing valley, O backsliding daughter? that trusted in her treasures, saying, Who shall come unto me?
5 ιδου εγω φερω φοβον επι σε ειπεν κυριος απο πασης της περιοικου σου και διασπαρησεσθε εκαστος εις προσωπον αυτου και ουκ εσται ο συναγων
ִנְנִי֩ מֵבִ֨יא עָלַ֜יִךְ פַּ֗חַד נְאֻם־אֲדֹנָ֧י יְהוִ֛ה צְבָא֖וֹת מִכָּל־סְבִיבָ֑יִךְ וְנִדַּחְתֶּם֙ אִ֣ישׁ לְפָנָ֔יו וְאֵ֥ין מְקַבֵּ֖ץ לַנֹּדֵֽד׃
Behold, I will bring a fear upon you, says the Lord GOD of hosts, from all those that be about you; and all of you shall be driven out every man right forth; and none shall gather up him that wanders.

ְאַחֲרֵי־כֵ֗ן אָשִׁ֛יב אֶת־שְׁב֥וּת בְּנֵֽי־עַמּ֖וֹן נְאֻם־יְהוָֽה׃ ס
And afterward I will bring again the captivity of the children of Ammon, says the LORD.

A Message About Edom
τη ιδουμαια ταδε λεγει κυριος ουκ εστιν ετι σοφια εν θαιμαν απωλετο βουλη εκ συνετων ωχετο σοφια αυτων
ֶאֱד֗וֹם כֹּ֤ה אָמַר֙ יְהוָ֣ה צְבָא֔וֹת הַאֵ֥ין ע֛וֹד חָכְמָ֖ה בְּתֵימָ֑ן אָבְדָ֤ה עֵצָה֙ מִבָּנִ֔ים נִסְרְחָ֖ה חָכְמָתָֽם׃
Concerning Edom, thus says the LORD of hosts; Is wisdom no more in Teman? is counsel perished from the prudent? is their wisdom vanished?
8 ηπατηθη ο τοπος αυτων βαθυνατε εις καθισιν οι κατοικουντες εν δαιδαν οτι δυσκολα εποιησεν ηγαγον επ αυτον εν χρονω ω επεσκεψαμην επ αυτον
ֻ֤סוּ הָפְנוּ֙ הֶעְמִ֣יקוּ לָשֶׁ֔בֶת יֹשְׁבֵ֖י דְּדָ֑ן כִּ֣י אֵ֥יד עֵשָׂ֛ו הֵבֵ֥אתִי עָלָ֖יו עֵ֥ת פְּקַדְתִּֽיו׃
Flee all of you, turn back, dwell deep, O inhabitants of Dedan; for I will bring the calamity of Esau upon him, the time that I will visit him.
9 οτι τρυγηται ηλθον σοι ου καταλειψουσιν σοι καταλειμματα ως κλεπται εν νυκτι επιθησουσιν χειρα αυτων
ִם־בֹּֽצְרִים֙ בָּ֣אוּ לָ֔ךְ לֹ֥א יַשְׁאִ֖רוּ עֽוֹלֵל֑וֹת אִם־גַּנָּבִ֥ים בַּלַּ֖יְלָה הִשְׁחִ֥יתוּ דַיָּֽם׃
If grape-gatherers come to you, would they not leave some gleaning grapes? if thieves by night, they will destroy till they have enough.
10 οτι εγω κατεσυρα τον ησαυ ανεκαλυψα τα κρυπτα αυτων κρυβηναι ου μη δυνωνται ωλοντο δια χειρα αδελφου αυτου και γειτονος αυτου και ουκ εστιν
ִּֽי־אֲנִ֞י חָשַׂ֣פְתִּי אֶת־עֵשָׂ֗ו גִּלֵּ֙יתִי֙ אֶת־מִסְתָּרָ֔יו וְנֶחְבָּ֖ה לֹ֣א יוּכָ֑ל שֻׁדַּ֥ד זַרְע֛וֹ וְאֶחָ֥יו וּשְׁכֵנָ֖יו וְאֵינֶֽנּוּ׃
But I have made Esau bare, I have uncovered his secret places, and he shall not be able to hide himself: his seed is spoiled, and his brethren, and his neighbours, and he is not.
11 υπολειπεσθαι ορφανον σου ινα ζησηται και εγω ζησομαι και χηραι επ εμε πεποιθασιν
ָזְבָ֥ה יְתֹמֶ֖יךָ אֲנִ֣י אֲחַיֶּ֑ה וְאַלְמְנֹתֶ֖יךָ עָלַ֥י תִּבְטָֽחוּ׃ ס
Leave your fatherless children, I will preserve them alive; and let your widows trust in me.
12 οτι ταδε ειπεν κυριος οις ουκ ην νομος πιειν το ποτηριον επιον και συ αθωωμενη ου μη αθωωθης οτι πινων πιεσαι
ִּי־כֹ֣ה ׀ אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֗ה הִ֠נֵּה אֲשֶׁר־אֵ֨ין מִשְׁפָּטָ֜ם לִשְׁתּ֤וֹת הַכּוֹס֙ שָׁת֣וֹ יִשְׁתּ֔וּ וְאַתָּ֣ה ה֔וּא נָקֹ֖ה תִּנָּקֶ֑ה לֹ֣א תִנָּקֶ֔ה כִּ֥י שָׁתֹ֖ה תִּשְׁתֶּֽה׃
For thus says the LORD; Behold, they whose judgment was not to drink of the cup have assuredly drunken; and are you he that shall altogether go unpunished? you shall not go unpunished, but you shall surely drink of it.
13 οτι κατ εμαυτου ωμοσα λεγει κυριος οτι εις αβατον και εις ονειδισμον και εις καταρασιν εση εν μεσω αυτης και πασαι αι πολεις αυτης εσονται ερημοι εις αιωνα
ִּ֣י בִ֤י נִשְׁבַּ֙עְתִּי֙ נְאֻם־יְהוָ֔ה כִּֽי־לְשַׁמָּ֧ה לְחֶרְפָּ֛ה לְחֹ֥רֶב וְלִקְלָלָ֖ה תִּֽהְיֶ֣ה בָצְרָ֑ה וְכָל־עָרֶ֥יהָ תִהְיֶ֖ינָה לְחָרְב֥וֹת עוֹלָֽם׃
For I have sworn by myself, says the LORD, that Bozrah shall become a desolation, a reproach, a waste, and a curse; and all the cities thereof shall be perpetual wastes.
14 ακοην ηκουσα παρα κυριου και αγγελους εις εθνη απεστειλεν συναχθητε και παραγενεσθε εις αυτην αναστητε εις πολεμον
ְׁמוּעָ֤ה שָׁמַ֙עְתִּי֙ מֵאֵ֣ת יְהוָ֔ה וְצִ֖יר בַּגּוֹיִ֣ם שָׁל֑וּחַ הִֽתְקַבְּצוּ֙ וּבֹ֣אוּ עָלֶ֔יהָ וְק֖וּמוּ לַמִּלְחָמָֽה׃
I have heard a rumour from the LORD, and an ambassador is sent unto the heathen, saying, Gather all of you together, and come against her, and rise up to the battle.
15 μικρον εδωκα σε εν εθνεσιν ευκαταφρονητον εν ανθρωποις
ִּֽי־הִנֵּ֥ה קָטֹ֛ן נְתַתִּ֖יךָ בַּגּוֹיִ֑ם בָּז֖וּי בָּאָדָֽם׃
For, lo, I will make you small among the heathen, and despised among men.
16 η παιγνια σου ενεχειρησεν σοι ιταμια καρδιας σου κατελυσεν τρυμαλιας πετρων συνελαβεν ισχυν βουνου υψηλου οτι υψωσεν ωσπερ αετος νοσσιαν αυτου εκειθεν καθελω σε
ִּֽפְלַצְתְּךָ֞ הִשִּׁ֤יא אֹתָךְ֙ זְד֣וֹן לִבֶּ֔ךָ שֹֽׁכְנִי֙ בְּחַגְוֵ֣י הַסֶּ֔לַע תֹּפְשִׂ֖י מְר֣וֹם גִּבְעָ֑ה כִּֽי־תַגְבִּ֤יהַ כַּנֶּ֙שֶׁר֙ קִנֶּ֔ךָ מִשָּׁ֥ם אֽוֹרִידְךָ֖ נְאֻם־יְהוָֽה׃
Your terribleness has deceived you, and the pride of yours heart, O you that dwell in the clefts of the rock, that hold the height of the hill: though you should make your nest as high as the eagle, I will bring you down from thence, says the LORD.
17 και εσται η ιδουμαια εις αβατον πας ο παραπορευομενος επ αυτην συριει
ְהָיְתָ֥ה אֱד֖וֹם לְשַׁמָּ֑ה כֹּ֚ל עֹבֵ֣ר עָלֶ֔יהָ יִשֹּׁ֥ם וְיִשְׁרֹ֖ק עַל־כָּל־מַכּוֹתֶֽהָ׃
Also Edom shall be a desolation: every one that goes by it shall be astonished, and shall hiss at all the plagues thereof.
18 ωσπερ κατεστραφη σοδομα και γομορρα και αι παροικοι αυτης ειπεν κυριος παντοκρατωρ ου μη καθιση εκει ανθρωπος και ου μη ενοικηση εκει υιος ανθρωπου
ְּֽמַהְפֵּכַ֞ת סְדֹ֧ם וַעֲמֹרָ֛ה וּשְׁכֵנֶ֖יהָ אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֑ה לֹֽא־יֵשֵׁ֥ב שָׁם֙ אִ֔ישׁ וְלֹֽא־יָג֥וּר בָּ֖הּ בֶּן־אָדָֽם׃
As in the overthrow of Sodom and Gomorrah and the neighbour cities thereof, says the LORD, no man shall abide there, neither shall a son of man dwell in it.
19 ιδου ωσπερ λεων αναβησεται εκ μεσου του ιορδανου εις τοπον αιθαμ οτι ταχυ εκδιωξω αυτους απ αυτης και τους νεανισκους επ αυτην επιστησατε οτι τις ωσπερ εγω και τις αντιστησεται μοι και τις ουτος ποιμην ος στησεται κατα προσωπον μου
ִ֠נֵּה כְּאַרְיֵ֞ה יַעֲלֶ֨ה מִגְּא֣וֹן הַיַּרְדֵּן֮ אֶל־נְוֵ֣ה אֵיתָן֒ כִּֽי־אַרְגִּ֤יעָה אֲרִיצֶ֨נּוּ מֵֽעָלֶ֔יהָ וּמִ֥י בָח֖וּר אֵלֶ֣יהָ אֶפְקֹ֑ד כִּ֣י מִ֤י כָמ֙וֹנִי֙ וּמִ֣י יֹעִידֶ֔נִּי וּמִי־זֶ֣ה רֹעֶ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֥ר יַעֲמֹ֖ד לְפָנָֽי׃ ס
Behold, he shall come up like a lion from the swelling of Jordan against the habitation of the strong: but I will suddenly make him run away from her: and who is a chosen man, that I may appoint over her? for who is like me? and who will appoint me the time? and who is that shepherd that will stand before me?
20 δια τουτο ακουσατε βουλην κυριου ην εβουλευσατο επι την ιδουμαιαν και λογισμον αυτου ον ελογισατο επι τους κατοικουντας θαιμαν εαν μη συμψησθωσιν τα ελαχιστα των προβατων εαν μη αβατωθη επ αυτην καταλυσις αυτων
ָכֵ֞ן שִׁמְע֣וּ עֲצַת־יְהוָ֗ה אֲשֶׁ֤ר יָעַץ֙ אֶל־אֱד֔וֹם וּמַ֨חְשְׁבוֹתָ֔יו אֲשֶׁ֥ר חָשַׁ֖ב אֶל־יֹשְׁבֵ֣י תֵימָ֑ן אִם־לֹ֤א יִסְחָבוּם֙ צְעִירֵ֣י הַצֹּ֔אן אִם־לֹ֥א יַשִּׁ֛ים עֲלֵיהֶ֖ם נְוֵהֶֽם׃
Therefore hear the counsel of the LORD, that he has taken against Edom; and his purposes, that he has purposed against the inhabitants of Teman: Surely the least of the flock shall draw them out: surely he shall make their habitations desolate with them.
21 οτι απο φωνης πτωσεως αυτων εσεισθη η γη και κραυγη σου εν θαλασση ηκουσθη
ִקּ֣וֹל נִפְלָ֔ם רָעֲשָׁ֖ה הָאָ֑רֶץ צְעָקָ֕ה בְּיַם־ס֖וּף נִשְׁמַ֥ע קוֹלָֽהּ׃
The earth is moved at the noise of their fall, at the cry the noise thereof was heard in the Red sea.
22 ιδου ωσπερ αετος οψεται και εκτενει τας πτερυγας επ οχυρωματα αυτης και εσται η καρδια των ισχυρων της ιδουμαιας εν τη ημερα εκεινη ως καρδια γυναικος ωδινουσης
ִנֵּ֤ה כַנֶּ֙שֶׁר֙ יַעֲלֶ֣ה וְיִדְאֶ֔ה וְיִפְרֹ֥שׂ כְּנָפָ֖יו עַל־בָּצְרָ֑ה וְֽ֠הָיָה לֵ֞ב גִּבּוֹרֵ֤י אֱדוֹם֙ בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֔וּא כְּלֵ֖ב אִשָּׁ֥ה מְצֵרָֽה׃ ס
Behold, he shall come up and fly as the eagle, and spread his wings over Bozrah: and at that day shall the heart of the mighty men of Edom be as the heart of a woman in her pangs.

A Message About Damascus
τη δαμασκω κατησχυνθη ημαθ και αρφαδ οτι ηκουσαν ακοην πονηραν εξεστησαν εθυμωθησαν αναπαυσασθαι ου μη δυνωνται
ְדַמֶּ֗שֶׂק בּ֤וֹשָֽׁה חֲמָת֙ וְאַרְפָּ֔ד כִּי־שְׁמֻעָ֥ה רָעָ֛ה שָׁמְע֖וּ נָמֹ֑גוּ בַּיָּ֣ם דְּאָגָ֔ה הַשְׁקֵ֖ט לֹ֥א יוּכָֽל׃
Concerning Damascus. Hamath is confounded, and Arpad: for they have heard evil tidings: they are fainthearted; there is sorrow on the sea; it cannot be quiet.
24 εξελυθη δαμασκος απεστραφη εις φυγην τρομος επελαβετο αυτης
ָפְתָ֥ה דַמֶּ֛שֶׂק הִפְנְתָ֥ה לָנ֖וּס וְרֶ֣טֶט ׀ הֶחֱזִ֑יקָה צָרָ֧ה וַחֲבָלִ֛ים אֲחָזַ֖תָּה כַּיּוֹלֵדָֽה׃
Damascus is waxed feeble, and turns herself to flee, and fear has seized on her: anguish and sorrows have taken her, as a woman in travail.
25 πως ουχι εγκατελιπεν πολιν εμην κωμην ηγαπησαν
ֵ֥יךְ לֹֽא־עֻזְּבָ֖ה עִ֣יר *תהלה **תְּהִלָּ֑ת קִרְיַ֖ת מְשׂוֹשִֽׂי׃
How is the city of praise not left, the city of my joy!
26 δια τουτο πεσουνται νεανισκοι εν πλατειαις σου και παντες οι ανδρες οι πολεμισται σου πεσουνται φησιν κυριος
ָכֵ֛ן יִפְּל֥וּ בַחוּרֶ֖יהָ בִּרְחֹבֹתֶ֑יהָ וְכָל־אַנְשֵׁ֨י הַמִּלְחָמָ֤ה יִדַּ֙מּוּ֙ בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֔וּא נְאֻ֖ם יְהוָ֥ה צְבָאֽוֹת׃
Therefore her young men shall fall in her streets, and all the men of war shall be cut off in that day, says the LORD of hosts.
27 και καυσω πυρ εν τειχει δαμασκου και καταφαγεται αμφοδα υιου αδερ
ְהִצַּ֥תִּי אֵ֖שׁ בְּחוֹמַ֣ת דַּמָּ֑שֶׂק וְאָכְלָ֖ה אַרְמְנ֥וֹת בֶּן־הֲדָֽד׃ ס
And I will kindle a fire in the wall of Damascus, and it shall consume the palaces of Benhadad.

A Message About Kedar and Hazor
τη κηδαρ βασιλισση της αυλης ην επαταξεν ναβουχοδονοσορ βασιλευς βαβυλωνος ουτως ειπεν κυριος αναστητε και αναβητε επι κηδαρ και πλησατε τους υιους κεδεμ
ְקֵדָ֣ר ׀ וּֽלְמַמְלְכ֣וֹת חָצ֗וֹר אֲשֶׁ֤ר הִכָּה֙ *נבוכדראצור **נְבֽוּכַדְרֶאצַּ֣ר מֶֽלֶךְ־בָּבֶ֔ל כֹּ֖ה אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֑ה ק֚וּמוּ עֲל֣וּ אֶל־קֵדָ֔ר וְשָׁדְד֖וּ אֶת־בְּנֵי־קֶֽדֶם׃
Concerning Kedar, and concerning the kingdoms of Hazor, which Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon shall strike, thus says the LORD; Arise all of you, go up to Kedar, and spoil the men of the east.
29 σκηνας αυτων και προβατα αυτων λημψονται ιματια αυτων και παντα τα σκευη αυτων και καμηλους αυτων λημψονται εαυτοις και καλεσατε επ αυτους απωλειαν κυκλοθεν
ָהֳלֵיהֶ֤ם וְצֹאנָם֙ יִקָּ֔חוּ יְרִיעוֹתֵיהֶ֧ם וְכָל־כְּלֵיהֶ֛ם וּגְמַלֵּיהֶ֖ם יִשְׂא֣וּ לָהֶ֑ם וְקָרְא֧וּ עֲלֵיהֶ֛ם מָג֖וֹר מִסָּבִֽיב׃
Their tents and their flocks shall they take away: they shall take to themselves their curtains, and all their vessels, and their camels; and they shall cry unto them, Fear is on every side.
30 φευγετε λιαν βαθυνατε εις καθισιν καθημενοι εν τη αυλη οτι εβουλευσατο εφ υμας βασιλευς βαβυλωνος βουλην και ελογισατο εφ υμας λογισμον
ֻסוּ֩ נֻּ֨דוּ מְאֹ֜ד הֶעְמִ֧יקוּ לָשֶׁ֛בֶת יֹשְׁבֵ֥י חָצ֖וֹר נְאֻם־יְהוָ֑ה כִּֽי־יָעַ֨ץ עֲלֵיכֶ֜ם נְבוּכַדְרֶאצַּ֤ר מֶֽלֶךְ־בָּבֶל֙ עֵצָ֔ה וְחָשַׁ֥ב *עליהם **עֲלֵיכֶ֖ם מַחֲשָׁבָֽה׃
Flee, get you far off, dwell deep, O all of you inhabitants of Hazor, says the LORD; for Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon has taken counsel against you, and has conceived a purpose against you.
31 αναστηθι και αναβηθι επ εθνος ευσταθουν καθημενον εις αναψυχην οις ουκ εισιν θυραι ου βαλανοι ου μοχλοι μονοι καταλυουσιν
֣וּמוּ עֲל֗וּ אֶל־גּ֥וֹי שְׁלֵ֛יו יוֹשֵׁ֥ב לָבֶ֖טַח נְאֻם־יְהוָ֑ה לֹא־דְלָתַ֧יִם וְלֹֽא־בְרִ֛יחַ ל֖וֹ בָּדָ֥ד יִשְׁכֹּֽנוּ׃
Arise, get you up unto the wealthy nation, that dwells without care, says the LORD, which have neither gates nor bars, which dwell alone.
32 και εσονται καμηλοι αυτων εις προνομην και πληθος κτηνων αυτων εις απωλειαν και λικμησω αυτους παντι πνευματι κεκαρμενους προ προσωπου αυτων εκ παντος περαν αυτων οισω την τροπην αυτων ειπεν κυριος
ְהָי֨וּ גְמַלֵּיהֶ֜ם לָבַ֗ז וַהֲמ֤וֹן מִקְנֵיהֶם֙ לְשָׁלָ֔ל וְזֵרִתִ֥ים לְכָל־ר֖וּחַ קְצוּצֵ֣י פֵאָ֑ה וּמִכָּל־עֲבָרָ֛יו אָבִ֥יא אֶת־אֵידָ֖ם נְאֻם־יְהוָֽה׃
And their camels shall be a booty, and the multitude of their cattle a spoil: and I will scatter into all winds them that are in the utmost corners; and I will bring their calamity from all sides thereof, says the LORD.
33 και εσται η αυλη διατριβη στρουθων και αβατος εως αιωνος ου μη καθιση εκει ανθρωπος και ου μη κατοικηση εκει υιος ανθρωπου
ְהָיְתָ֨ה חָצ֜וֹר לִמְע֥וֹן תַּנִּ֛ים שְׁמָמָ֖ה עַד־עוֹלָ֑ם לֹֽא־יֵשֵׁ֥ב שָׁם֙ אִ֔ישׁ וְלֹֽא־יָג֥וּר בָּ֖הּ בֶּן־אָדָֽם׃ ס
And Hazor shall be a dwelling for dragons, and a desolation for ever: there shall no man abide there, nor any son of man dwell in it.

A Message About Elam
α επροφητευσεν ιερεμιας επι τα εθνη τα αιλαμ
ֲשֶׁ֨ר הָיָ֧ה דְבַר־יְהוָ֛ה אֶל־יִרְמְיָ֥הוּ הַנָּבִ֖יא אֶל־עֵילָ֑ם בְּרֵאשִׁ֗ית מַלְכ֛וּת צִדְקִיָּ֥ה מֶֽלֶךְ־יְהוּדָ֖ה לֵאמֹֽר׃
The word of the LORD that came to Jeremiah the prophet against Elam in the beginning of the reign of Zedekiah king of Judah, saying,
35 ταδε λεγει κυριος συντριβητω το τοξον αιλαμ αρχη δυναστειας αυτων
ֹּ֤ה אָמַר֙ יְהוָ֣ה צְבָא֔וֹת הִנְנִ֥י שֹׁבֵ֖ר אֶת־קֶ֣שֶׁת עֵילָ֑ם רֵאשִׁ֖ית גְּבוּרָתָֽם׃
Thus says the LORD of hosts; Behold, I will break the bow of Elam, the chief of their might.
36 και επαξω επι αιλαμ τεσσαρας ανεμους εκ των τεσσαρων ακρων του ουρανου και διασπερω αυτους εν πασιν τοις ανεμοις τουτοις και ουκ εσται εθνος ο ουχ ηξει εκει οι εξωσμενοι αιλαμ
ְהֵבֵאתִ֨י אֶל־עֵילָ֜ם אַרְבַּ֣ע רוּח֗וֹת מֵֽאַרְבַּע֙ קְצ֣וֹת הַשָּׁמַ֔יִם וְזֵ֣רִתִ֔ים לְכֹ֖ל הָרֻח֣וֹת הָאֵ֑לֶּה וְלֹֽא־יִהְיֶ֣ה הַגּ֔וֹי אֲשֶׁ֛ר לֹֽא־יָב֥וֹא שָׁ֖ם נִדְּחֵ֥י *עולם **עֵילָֽם׃
And upon Elam will I bring the four winds from the four quarters of heaven, and will scatter them toward all those winds; and there shall be no nation where the outcasts of Elam shall not come.
37 και πτοησω αυτους εναντιον των εχθρων αυτων των ζητουντων την ψυχην αυτων και επαξω επ αυτους κακα κατα την οργην του θυμου μου και επαποστελω οπισω αυτων την μαχαιραν μου εως του εξαναλωσαι αυτους
ְהַחְתַּתִּ֣י אֶת־עֵ֠ילָם לִפְנֵ֨י אֹיְבֵיהֶ֜ם וְלִפְנֵ֣י ׀ מְבַקְשֵׁ֣י נַפְשָׁ֗ם וְהֵבֵאתִ֨י עֲלֵיהֶ֧ם ׀ רָעָ֛ה אֶת־חֲר֥וֹן אַפִּ֖י נְאֻם־יְהוָ֑ה וְשִׁלַּחְתִּ֤י אַֽחֲרֵיהֶם֙ אֶת־הַחֶ֔רֶב עַ֥ד כַּלּוֹתִ֖י אוֹתָֽם׃
For I will cause Elam to be dismayed before their enemies, and before them that seek their life: and I will bring evil upon them, even my fierce anger, says the LORD; and I will send the sword after them, till I have consumed them:
38 και θησω τον θρονον μου εν αιλαμ και εξαποστελω εκειθεν βασιλεα και μεγιστανας
ְשַׂמְתִּ֥י כִסְאִ֖י בְּעֵילָ֑ם וְהַאֲבַדְתִּ֥י מִשָּׁ֛ם מֶ֥לֶךְ וְשָׂרִ֖ים נְאֻם־יְהוָֽה׃
And I will set my throne in Elam, and will destroy from thence the king and the princes, says the LORD.
39 και εσται επ εσχατου των ημερων αποστρεψω την αιχμαλωσιαν αιλαμ λεγει κυριος εν αρχη βασιλευοντος σεδεκιου του βασιλεως εγενετο ο λογος ουτος περι αιλαμ
ְהָיָ֣ה ׀ בְּאַחֲרִ֣ית הַיָּמִ֗ים *אשוב **אָשִׁ֛יב אֶת־*שבית **שְׁב֥וּת עֵילָ֖ם נְאֻם־יְהוָֽה׃ ס
But it shall come to pass in the latter days, that I will bring again the captivity of Elam, says the LORD.
